Our organisation and the people within it
Pro IT Rescue uses skilled IT engineers who have been carefully chosen for their technical and customer-facing skills. Pro IT Rescue specialises in the Microsoft server and desktop product range and all our engineers are qualified Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists. We aim to strike a careful balance between providing continuity of service and using engineers with the right skills for any particular job. Pro IT Rescue is an accredited member of the Microsoft Partner Network.
Roger Henfrey BSc Hons, MBA
Roger Henfrey has over 30 year experience of working in the IT industry, both in technical and managerial roles. Prior to setting up Pro IT Rescue, Roger worked for a number of FTSE 100 companies, major and specialist IT consultancies. Roger specialises in IT Project Management and is a qualified practitioner in the PRINCE2 and Agile Scrum Project Management methodologies. Roger has successfully delivered scores of high technology IT projects across the scale from small to multi-million pound investments. Roger is passionate about delivering quality and an early benefits realisation, in addition to the expected metrics of time, cost and scope.
Peter
Peter is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Small Business Server 2008 and has over 10 years exprience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server, inc Microsoft Exchange, and Desktop environments. In addition to Microsoft Technologies, Peter has solid experience of working with and consulting on financial and CRM solutions. Away from the office, Peter is a dedicated husband, father and motorsport fan.
John
John is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for the Windows Server platforms and a Cisco networking specialist with 10 years experience.
Loz
Loz is a senior IT consultant with over 20 years experience of working in blue-chip companies as well as the SMB sector. Loz is ITIL qualified and specialises in design and implementation work for the Microsoft and Linux desktop / server technologies.
